Over these four weeks, you’ll uncover the “secret power” of sound to transform your negative emotions into deeper states of positive human feeling.

You’ll explore your sound intelligence, which is fuelled by the vibrating molecules pulsing in every cell of your body, mind, and soul — every time you let go to express your soul.

It’s your unique quality of intuitive knowing sourced from a depth of loving presence. It’s also your creative expression, inspired by the deep soul song of your heart, and it has the power to switch on the lightbulb of your brain in one simultaneous “click.”

You’ll also discover how singing both relaxes your nerves and lifts your spirits — an elation that comes from endorphins released when you sing.

You’ll also work with The 7 Sounds of Love, which provide a body “singing map” that empowers your vocal expression — from your roots to crown. This is a potent, heart-felt approach to sounding your voice inspired by the seven energy centers and musical chakras.

The 7 Sounds of Love simultaneously awaken palpable feelings of love and your three major energy centers — the belly, heart and third eye — inspiring an alchemical vocal experience that awakens the music of your soul.

During these 4 weeks, you’ll:

• Learn to pitch the Indian musical scale: Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Dha Ni Sa
